Atlantic Management Resources has teamed up with a mid-sized pharmaceutical company with an outstanding corporate culture and a growing portfolio of innovative therapies. We are seeking a Regional Business Manager to lead and develop a high-performing field sales team. You will drive regional strategy, coach Territory Account Managers, and ensure execution of sales initiatives across key products while collaborating with specialty pharmacy partners. This is a growth-oriented leadership role with extensive in-field coaching and strategic responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional business plans and team goals
  • Coach and mentor Territory Account Managers with regular field visits
  • Monitor performance, provide feedback, and implement development plans
  • Partner with leadership on hiring, training, and team development
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8+ years pharmaceutical sales experience, 2+ years in sales management
  • Proven leadership, strategic planning, and coaching abilities
  • Gastroenterology or hospital/acute care experience preferred
  • Willingness to travel extensively

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $120,000 – $130,000
  • Bonus: $25,000 target, up to 200% for exceeding goals
  • Car Allowance: Flat rate per month plus mileage
