Neurology Account Specialist – Alzheimer’s Disease

Base Salary: $160,000–$180,000
Bonus at Plan: $40,000–$45,000

About the Role

We’re seeking a Neurology Account Specialist to help drive the success of an innovative Alzheimer’s therapy. In this highly strategic role, you’ll be responsible for sales and demand generation across your territory, working with healthcare professionals and hospital systems to improve patient access and outcomes.

You’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by building deep relationships with key accounts, shaping treatment pathways, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams to support the introduction of this groundbreaking treatment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and demand generation efforts by effectively communicating complex clinical information to HCPs and key decision-makers.

  • Develop, maintain, and execute strategic key account plans that align with business objectives.

  • Understand and articulate the patient journey, helping providers navigate access and treatment processes.

  • Identify and manage business opportunities and challenges across your geography.

  • Collaborate with internal partners to support hospitals and healthcare systems in making informed formulary decisions.

  • Conduct ongoing market and account analysis, including stakeholder mapping, referral patterns, access barriers, and IDN dynamics.

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key customers, including regional and local hospital systems.

  • Continue to grow your expertise through mentorship and continuous learning.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 5+ years of pharma/biotech sales experience  (neurology and infused product experience strongly preferred).

  • Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare landscape, including reimbursement, access, and health system decision-making.

  • Experience with buy & bill and specialty pharmacy distribution models preferred.

  • Prior success working within a collaborative environment and managing complex accounts.

  • Additional experience in marketing, managed markets, or analytics is a plus.

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance and regulatory requirements.
