Atlantic Management Resources is partnering with a well-established specialty pharmaceutical company launching a novel neurology therapy focused on Alzheimer’s disease.

This organization is highly sales-driven, performance-oriented, and committed to supporting its field team with strong clinical, reimbursement, and marketing resources. This is an opportunity to represent a scientifically advanced product in a disease state with significant unmet need.

We are seeking a proven pharmaceutical sales professional with demonstrated success in complex specialty selling environments.


Responsibilities

  • Drive territory performance through strategic targeting of neurologists, memory centers, and key institutions

  • Navigate complex access environments including hospitals, IDNs, and P&T committees

  • Develop and execute business plans aligned to regional and national objectives

  • Analyze prescribing data and market trends to optimize territory strategy

  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and institutional stakeholders

  • Develop deep clinical expertise in Alzheimer’s disease and competitive landscape

  • Execute pull-through strategies in accounts requiring formulary and reimbursement engagement


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) required

  • Minimum 5+ years of documented success in pharmaceutical or biotech sales

  • 2+ years of Neurology sales experience strongly preferred

  • Experience selling highly complex, specialty or buy-and-bill products preferred

  • Demonstrated history of top-tier performance rankings

  • Experience working with hospital systems and P&T committees

  • Ability to travel within assigned territory


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $160,000–$180,000

  • Target Bonus: $40,000–$45,000

  • Total Target Compensation: Up to $225,000+
