We are seeking a proven pharmaceutical sales professional with demonstrated success in complex specialty selling environments.
Responsibilities

Drive territory performance through strategic targeting of neurologists, memory centers, and key institutions

Navigate complex access environments including hospitals, IDNs, and P&T committees

Develop and execute business plans aligned to regional and national objectives

Analyze prescribing data and market trends to optimize territory strategy

Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and institutional stakeholders

Develop deep clinical expertise in Alzheimer’s disease and competitive landscape

Execute pull-through strategies in accounts requiring formulary and reimbursement engagement
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) required

Minimum 5+ years of documented success in pharmaceutical or biotech sales

2+ years of Neurology sales experience strongly preferred

Experience selling highly complex, specialty or buy-and-bill products preferred

Demonstrated history of top-tier performance rankings

Experience working with hospital systems and P&T committees

Ability to travel within assigned territory
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $160,000–$180,000

Target Bonus: $40,000–$45,000

Total Target Compensation: Up to $225,000+
