Position Overview
The Customer Success Specialist will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with medical practices. You’ll be the bridge between customers and the company—gathering feedback, supporting implementation, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience that drives improved patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Visit medical practices regularly to gather feedback, ensure satisfaction, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Build trusted relationships with physicians and healthcare staff, positioning yourself as a go-to resource for their accessory and support needs.

Track and report on customer satisfaction metrics and feedback to help guide product and service enhancements.

Provide hands-on support and training to ensure customers are maximizing the value of the company’s offerings.
Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years in customer success, account management, client relations, or sales—preferably in healthcare or medical technology.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting rapport with medical professionals.

Passion for healthcare and a commitment to making a positive impact in patients’ lives.

Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Valid driver’s license required.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 (commensurate with experience)

Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): $130,000 – $150,000
