Atlantic Management Resources has teamed up with a mid-sized pharmaceutical company with an outstanding corporate culture and a growing portfolio of innovative therapies. We are seeking a Marketing Communications Associate to support the sales and marketing team.
You will assist with internal and external marketing processes, professional education programs, congress planning, promotional materials management, and sales meeting coordination.
This is a growth-oriented role with mentorship and opportunities to expand responsibilities within the commercial team.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage vendor relationships and logistics for tradeshows, congresses, and marketing resource inventory.

Coordinate the Speaker Bureau program, including speaker scheduling, program logistics, and budget tracking.

Serve as Marketing Coordinator for the FDA-required Promotional Internal Regulatory Medical (PIRM) process for assigned products.

Maintain internal platforms (SharePoint, promotional resources) aligned with product marketing plans.

Support product management in digital campaigns, direct mailings, website design, and social media engagement.

Work cross-functionally to execute National Sales Meetings and internal communications.

Track project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Receive mentorship and support from the commercial team, with opportunities to grow within the organization.
Qualifications:

1+ years experience preferably supporting the sales and marketing functions

BA/BS degree required

Strong interest in marketing, preferably within healthcare/pharma

Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills

Highly detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Must be office-based in Nashville, TN
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $50,000 – $55,000/year

Bonus: Target of $3,000
