Associate Director, Regional Thought Leader Liaison – Oncology (Field-Based | Eastern U.S.)
Atlantic Management Resources is proud to partner with an established pharmaceutical company specializing in the licensing, development, and marketing of specialty products.
We are seeking a highly motivated marketing leader to drive regional and local engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), advocacy groups, and professional societies within oncology. This role focuses on shaping education initiatives, strengthening HCP relationships, and generating insights that inform brand strategy and patient journey improvements across the Eastern U.S. region.
You will lead thought leader engagement, support speaker programs, collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and field teams, and ensure compliant execution of regional educational initiatives.
Key Focus Areas:
- KOL & thought leader engagement (regional and local)
- Speaker program coordination and optimization
- Advocacy and professional society partnerships
- Brand insights to support oncology strategy
- Cross-functional collaboration with marketing and field sales teams
Requirements:
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience
- Strong KOL / Thought Leader engagement and marketing background required
- Oncology experience required
- Experience developing and executing brand plans
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% or more domestically
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $185K–$240K (commensurate with experience)
- Bonus: 16%–20%
- Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP)
