Atlantic Management Resources is proud to partner with a leading pharmaceutical company focused on the development, commercialization, and delivery of innovative specialty therapies. We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team supporting an important complex disease state portfolio across the Pacific Northwest.

This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for an experienced pharmaceutical sales leader who thrives in complex specialty markets and is passionate about improving outcomes for patients and healthcare providers.
Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, coach, and develop a team of high-performing, experienced Account Specialists.
Lead regional strategy and execution to achieve sales objectives and business goals.
Develop and implement regional business plans aligned with national brand strategy.
Provide ongoing coaching, field development, and performance management to maximize team effectiveness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with neurologists, health systems, key opinion leaders, infusion centers, and other healthcare stakeholders.
Partner cross-functionally with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and other internal teams to support customer needs.
Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or specialty healthcare sales experience.
Minimum of 3 years of successful pharmaceutical sales leadership experience.
Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead top-performing sales teams.
Experience navigating complex selling environments involving specialty products, reimbursement challenges, market access, buy-and-bill, infusion therapies, or health-system selling required.
Experience in neurology, Alzheimer’s disease, CNS, specialty care, or complex disease states strongly preferred.
Strong business acumen with demonstrated success in strategic planning, account management, and field execution.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $220,000 – $240,000
Bonus Potential: $55,000 – $60,000 at plan
Long-Term Incentive Program (LTIP)
