Regional Business Director – Specialty Pharmaceuticals

Atlantic Management Resources is proud to partner with an established pharmaceutical company specializing in the licensing, development, and marketing of specialty products.

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive regional performance, develop high-performing teams, and execute strategic growth initiatives within a specialty pharmaceutical organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach front-line sales managers and field teams
  • Drive regional sales performance and execution of business strategies
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Market Access, Training, and Operations
  • Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare accounts and stakeholders
  • Manage budgets, resources, compliance, and business planning
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or related healthcare sales experience
  • Proven second line leadership experience (managing managers)
  • Managed teams selling highly complex products
  • Neurology experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success driving results through teams and developing talent

Compensation:

Base Salary: $260K – $290K
Bonus: $60K – $80K
Long Term Bonus: $25K – $30K
