This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced market access professional to step into a high-impact field role supporting patient access to groundbreaking neurological treatments.


Position Overview:

As a Sr. Access and Field Reimbursement Manager, you will:

  • Serve as the primary field-based expert on access, reimbursement, and patient support services for assigned neurology products

  • Partner with healthcare providers, office staff, and infusion centers to navigate buy-and-bill, prior authorization, and coverage processes

  • Educate customers on payer requirements, coding, and billing procedures to ensure timely patient access

  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional partners including Market Access, Sales, Payer Accounts, Patient Support Programs, and Medical Affairs

  • Proactively identify and resolve reimbursement barriers to improve overall patient and provider experience


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience in market access, field reimbursement, or patient access roles

  • Proven expertise with buy-and-bill models and medical benefit reimbursement processes

  • Strong understanding of payer landscape, coding, and coverage policies

  • Fluent or highly proficient in Spanish (required)

  • Neurology, rare disease, or specialty biologics experience preferred

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $180k$205K, commensurate with experience

  • Bonus Potential: 16–20%

  • Long-Term Incentive (LTI): $15K
