Atlantic Management Resources has partnered with a mid-size pharmaceutical company with a great corporate culture that licenses and develops several innovative products in various therapeutic classes. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager or Junior Market Manager with experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Pharmaceutical Marketing Manager- Responsibilities:
- Develop a strategic and tactical marketing plan for the assigned project(s)/product(s)
- Develop detailed marketing plans, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource
requirements, to ensure successful project execution. - Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and key deliverables
- Engage collaboratively with sponsors and stakeholders to define clear project objectives, establish priorities, and determine success metrics.
- Managed external vendor relationships to develop promotional literature and programs, ensuring timely and on-budget execution
- Lead the Project and/or Product Team Meetings
Pharmaceutical Marketing Manager-Qualifications:
- Five to ten years of pharmaceutical experience in marketing, product management
and/or field sales with current experience in the use of digital media - BA/ BS is required. MBA is recommended.
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory and legal frameworks, a deep understanding of customer challenges, and the ability to create effective marketing tools to support the sales force
- Possess strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in forecasting and market research
- Currently living in the Greater Nashville area or an eventual residence in Nashville allowing for hybrid remote work prior to relocation if needed
Pharmaceutical Marketing Manager-Salary & Bonus:
- Base Salary $90,000 – $100,000
- Target bonus of 9K
- A relocation package is available to Nashville, TN (If needed)
